 Welcome to the fourth annual Mission Backpack: Taking It To The Streets! Mission Backpack is a ministry of love to the children of our community. Mission Backpack provides a free backpack filled with school supplies to children from Kindergarten through Twelfth grade. Last year, 1000 backpacks were provided to children in the surrounding communities. Because of the overwhelming number of students who could not get to us last year, we have committed to providing backpacks at our Mission Backpack Event as well as "Taking It To The Streets" which will deliver backpacks to local schools. Each Middle/ High School student will receive one backpack: a 600 Denier Backpack Dimensions: 19"x 12"x 6" with padded shoulder straps, 2 compartments with convenient front pocket- bungee cords, side zipper pocket and cell phone pocket on the shoulder strap. Each Kindergarten/Elementary School student will receive one backpack: Dimensions:18"x13"x6" constructed with a comfortable padded back, roomy front pocket, padded shoulder strap, self repairing zippers, 2 side mesh pockets for water bottle, CD/MP3 Player pouch w/headphone portal. |
