DYG’s Student Leadership Group

The word Exhilarate (which the name is taken from) means to; excite, elevate, thrill, enliven to invigorate, to lift and to stimulate.  That is the goal of DYG’s Student Leadership Xilirate.  It is an opportunity for teenagers to lead from within their very own youth group.  Xilirate is a Student Leadership Group of teenagers that have set themselves apart as leaders and have taken a valuable role within the ministry of the youth...leading from the inside out!  Xilirate is a huge avenue to have teenagers leadership gifts nurtured and fine-tuned.  They have sporadic meetings throughout the month and the youth pastors often have “sit-down meetings” with the team to get a good vibe of the youth ministry at Family Worship Center.
