Family Worship Center Church  |  Port Orange, FL

Family Worship Center is a Spirit-filled, non-denominational church for every member of your family, no matter what their age. FWC started in the hearts of three couples who moved from the Daytona Beach area to Tulsa, Oklahoma to attend bible school.  Tom and Patty Dubois, Ray and Cathy Dubois and Sam and Nancy Spears returned to Port Orange after graduating from RHEMA Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, OK.

Tom and Patty founded Family Worship Center and held their very first service on August 13, 1984 in the atrium of Spruce Creek High School. They were joined in ministry by their son, Ray and his wife, Cathy, who became the Youth Pastor. Sam and Nancy Spears also joined them as the Children’s Pastor. Together this team began the ministry that has grown into the dynamic church that it is today.

In August of 1998 John and Cathy Mazza were brought onto staff as Youth Pastors allowing Ray to become Associate Pastor and Administrator of FWC.  John and Cathy met at Family Worship Center and attended the youth group where they now minister.  John graduated from RHEMA Bible Training Center in 1996 and Cathy graduated from RHEMA in 1991. 

Tom and Patty Dubois, after nearly 25 years of pastoring FWC, knew in their hearts that it was time to step back and focus on other specific areas of ministy. So on January 11th 2009, Ray Dubois and his wife Cathy became the Senior Pastors of Family Worship Center.  Sam & Nancy Spears still serve as our Children’s Pastors, as well as John and Cathy Mazza as our Youth Pastors.  

Family Worship Center is a community minded church that is dedicated to reaching individuals and families with the love and power of God from the beach to Deltona and from Palm Coast to Oak Hill. FWC offers every generation a chance to learn and grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ, with classes for children of all ages, an exciting youth ministry, outreaches to college and career young adults, strong men and women ministries, fellowship groups for adults at every age and so much more.
